Standard Service Pricing Guide
(Non-Quoted, 2026)

Service Call & Labour Rates

  • Initial service call (appointment only): $250
    (Travel and truck charge included; up to two hours; only applied to first visit of a service)

  • Service (regular – weekdays 9am–5pm, appointment only): $68/hr/tech

  • Service (Tier 1 – overtime/emergency service call): $102/hr/tech

  • Service (Tier 2 – overtime/emergency service call 10pm–7am / statutory holidays): $136/hr/tech

  • Truck charge: $35 / trip

  • Travel charge: one service hour (one-way), two service hours (round trip)

  • Specialized trade (mechanic/electrician/etc.): upon request

Miscellaneous

  • Documentation and report: $200–$300 / each

  • Disposal (non-hazardous): $235 / pickup truck load

  • Delivery: service hours + truck charges

  • Non-inventory items purchase: service hours + truck charges + receipt amount

  • PPE: $15 / use

  • Dehumidifier (up to 190 pints): $70 / day | $280 / week

  • Negative air machine / Air scrubber (up to 2000 cfm): $75 / day | $300 / week

  • Air mover: $35 / day | $140 / week

  • Submersible pump: $35 / day | $140 / week

  • Wet/dry vacuum: $30 / day | $120 / week

  • Portable scaffolding – Baker scaffold (per 6 ft set): $35 / day | $140 / week

  • 5’ x 8’ scaffold tower (per 6 ft set): $50 / day | $200 / week

Usage (charged per use)

  • Water extractor / Restoration machine: $120 / use

  • Carpet cleaning machine: $65 / use

  • Portable welding machines: $94 / use

Additional equipment charges (may apply to Rental and Usage items)

  • Equipment setup fee: $200–$400

  • Equipment disinfection: $200–$300

  • Specialty filter (HEPA, carbon, etc.): upon request
